Two month of living on the property. Pros:Sharon was nice and convinced my husband and I to move in. Maintenance tries to take care of things right away. The apartment is on the smaller size, but is clean and very livable. Cons: They promote the rent cost, but they do not promote that you have to pay for cable and internet that is not worth it through spectrum. That adds an additional $72 to your monthly payment to them, plus the water fee as well. It makes my monthly rent to them $1360 for a two bedroom. I have complained at least 3-4 times now about how disturbing my neighbors are. They have kids and they are up and running around all day and night. We do not plan to live here long at all. The way people drive in the complex, is careless as well. Keep your kids close and pay attention. You have to pay for a mailbox key through the post office, and if it is not return they take $50 out of your deposit to have the mailbox replaced. The payment for the key is not in the lease and was not told to me at the time of signing my documents. I found out when I went to the post office following the office instructions to get the key. They said it has been a contract with the property for years, but Dee says they have no contract which does not make sense. You have a lot other fees that can be applied to you when moving out that they do not consider to be general maintenance so pay attention to that before signing your lease because it will take away from your security deposit. With me having a newborn in March, this is not an apartment I want to stay in and have been looking for something that would be more suitable for my family and I.

Lived here for 6 years . I lived at the front of the property and the grounds are well kept , landscaping is pretty decent as well. Maintenance men are genuine and approachable and willing to assist you when needed. Office staff is responsive and actually care for your well being . I moved because I could not get my request for upgrades , I was offered a few but not the real things I wanted as far as cosmetics for the price rent is these days I wanted the upgrades the new tenants were getting .

This is a nice complex to live in pain that the parking areas are not illuminated and there is no surveillance or cameras since it lends itself to the theft of vehicles and packages that leave you at the door, my vehicle was stolen on January 30 and my neighbor's could not be stolen but their glass was broken right now in February the darkness and easy access since there are no gates lend themselves to vandalism, I think I will not renew the contract here.

I have been working with my niece for over a month trying to get an application completed. We have paid over $100 in application fees and sent information multiple times to finally be told that we don't qualify, which is ludicrous. Our combined income is over $7000/month and our credit scores are over 700 each and we were still denied due to a "low credit score". Apparently, the person working on our application left the company and they didn't have the capability or knowledge to access our application information. We were assigned a new employee who couldn't even tell me why. I will be reporting this company to Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity for housing discrimination. I wouldn't move here now anyway. If they can't even complete a simple application, I can only imagine how they handle current occupants. I received the letter stating we didn't earn enough money, even though the combined income was over $100k. They made us feel like no matter how many hoops we jumped though, we weren't welcome. Renter beware!!!
